Also if you were unable to be there during the process she would take care of being at the showings. I have to say Patty was absolutely wonderful helping Us threw this journey of purchasing our condo. If it wasn’t for Patty I would’ve never closed the owner was cantankerous and extremely difficult to work with. Her real estate agent wasn’t very helpful either.
